We currently ship worldwide –with FREE shipping to the US and Canada!
All orders will ship USPS First Class within 3 business days after receiving payment to the address you choose during checkout. We will contact you via email or phone to notify you of any shipment delays or if the product you ordered is currently unavailable or sold out as soon as possible to expedite your purchase.
We typically ship domestic and Canadian orders via USPS First Class Mail. However,we reserve the right to ship via USPS,FedEx,or UPS. International orders are shipped via USPS. Insurance and USPS Priority Mail are available for an extra charge.
Worldwide postage is calculated at the checkout stage depending on the weight of your items and your country location. If in doubt simply contact us. International buyers are personally responsible for any customs charges,duties,or tariffs that may be incurred on international orders.
We will not be held responsible for any package that is lost or stolen in transit.
Returns &Refunds
Items that have been purchased at full price may be returned within 10 days of purchase for refund or store credit. No refunds or store credits will be issued for items that have been personalized or are custom orders. Email customercare@nursingbling.com with “Return Request” as the subject. Be sure to include the original order details (name,order date,order number) in the body of the email and you will receive an email reply with a return authorization number (RA#) within 48 hours.
Returned items must have original packaging attached and be in new,unused/unworn,and unwashed condition. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns and original shipping charges are not refundable. It is recommended you use a shipping service with tracking as refund credits will not be issued for items lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list and/or original purchase details with request to return so that it may be quickly processed.
Once items are received and inspected,an online store credit will be issued for the amount of merchandise returned. Items that do not meet our restocking qualifications will be returned at the customer’s expense. Online store credits are valid for one year from date issued. When online store credit is used,customer will be billed for postage prior to shipping.
Items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for return. Should an item be damaged,please report the damage to customercare@nursingbling.com within 3 days of receipt. We are not able to accept returns purchased from retailers other than www.nursingbling.com. Please contact the retailer directly for all return requests.

When will my order arrive ?
We try and dispatch all non customized products within 2 business days from receipt of your order. Because of the nature of our products,all handmade,we sometimes need to wait for supplies to come in due to there being a high demand for a particular product. If there is a problem with timely shipment of your order we will try our best to let you know as soon as we possibly can and will always keep you well informed of the progress of your order.

Do you have a privacy policy?
The following statement explains our policy regarding the personal information we collect about you. In short:Nursing Bling will never sell,loan or give away any information you supply to us! We also do not keep any records of your credit card details in our files or computer systems,all of your details are encrypted and held by the payment provider only (e.g Google or Paypal). If you pay over the phone,any personal financial information we take is shredded and distroyed once the transaction has successfully taken place. We want to assure you that we see taking appropriate care of your personal information details as an absolute top priority.
